    The Parade begins at noon on Saturday, March 26, 2022. All are welcome to join in the parade. Decorated cars should arrive at the Newell Elementary School parking lot by 11:45 a.m. Bring your lunch and have your first picnic of the season at the parade’s end in Heritage Park at 12:30 pm
